Deploying the site includes only the atoms you marked public.
Stored as-is. Published to your site. Anyone with the link can read it.
Encrypted (AES-GCM) before it touches storage. At rest you only see the time and “sealed”. Set a passphrase in Vault first.
Sealed to a key you hand a few people. Sits in the open as ciphertext; only they can open it.
⚠ The key lives only in memory and is never sent anywhere. Lose the passphrase and sealed atoms are gone for good — keep a copy in a password manager.
